Laszlo Thomas Kispal, 47, gave his soul back to his Creator on November 22, 2015, at his home in Palos Verdes Estates.
Mr. Kispal was born July 10, 1968, in Montclair, New Jersey to Leslie and Magda (Gerendas) Kispal. His parents came to America after escaping from Communist Hungary in 1966. They moved to California when Laszlo was 2 years old, and they became the founders and owners of Flamingo Textile Mills in Carson, California. They finally settled in Rancho Palos Verdes, where he attended Rolling Hills High School (The Titans).
Laszlo was an avid fan of classic rock and roll music, enjoyed his role as a rock and roll historian, and spent many hours playing his guitar. He was gentle and loving with children and animals. He had traveled extensively in Northern California, where he truly loved the outdoors and the beauty of nature.
He is survived by his mother, Magda Kispal of Rancho Palos Verdes; his sister, Magdalene Kispal of Los Angeles; and several aunts, uncles and cousins in Hungary and Canada.
His father, Leslie Kispal, preceded him in death.
