Kuniko Higashi

Kuniko Higashi, the daughter of Katsuemon and Suga Hatano, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2012 at the age of 90. She was born on February 18, 1922 in San Jose, California and had been a resident of Bonsall, California. Kuniko is survived by her beloved children, Katsuteru Higashi and Masai Higashi; siblings, Richard (Masako) Hatano, Elsie Nozu, James (Rumiko) Hatano, Louis (Sachiko) Hatano and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Tom Hatano and Sue Ihuri.
