Kevin Edmund Peters

Kevin Edmund Peters passed away unexpectedly on June 7th 2020 in San Pedro, CA at the age of 56.
He is survived by his mother and father, JoAnn (Lakotich) Peters and Keith Erwin Peters; sister, Jolene O’Bryan; stepdaughter Kelly; stepson Sebastian; niece, Samantha Leahy; nephew, Jeremy Leahy;and great nephews Tyler and Blake Leahy; as well as his pets who brought him so much joy, Oliver and Razi.
Kevin was born on March 18, 1964 in Illinois. He graduated from Western University in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics. He married Cinthia Veronica Gambino in 2018. He worked in the Information Technology (IT) field for 25 years, eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kevin’s family and friends will remember him most for his loving heart, courage, discipline, abundance, larger than life tenacity , and joy for life.
He had many passions: Mountain hiking, body building, power lifting, riding Harleys, backpacking, surfing and vegetable gardening. He was also a UFC gym member and a member of the MITT Leadership & Torch Foundation. He was a dedicated individual who loved his family and was passionate about physical health and the outdoors.
The family would like to thank their family and friends with their generosity and show of love and support during this difficult time.
