Kenneth Meng Won

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kenneth M Won of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on Monday, June 9, 2025 passing away peacefully in his home.

He was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the US in 1964 where he briefly lived in Las Vegas, Nevada before attending USC in Los Angeles, CA where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Blessed with an inventive and entrepreneurial mind, he became a businessman, landowner and handyman throughout his life. He dedicated his life to his family being the best husband, chef, mechanic, father, brother, uncle and teacher with his love for nature and science. He is survived by his two brothers, Tony and Benson, his wife, Karen and three children, Jennifer, Derrick and Calvin who will carry his memory and all he taught them always.

A memorial service will be held on June 29,2025 at 11:00 am at Green Hills Memorial Park. Friends and family are welcome to join to celebrate his life and share their memories of him. He will be deeply missed
