Kathleen, the daughter of Edward and Estella Blair, was born November 26, 1969 in San Pedro, California and passed away suddenly on September 26, 2011 in Long Beach, California. Kathleen is survived by her 2 children, Manuel Villegas and David Metzger; her father, Edward Blair (her mother, Estella Blair preceded her in death); 4 siblings, Joanne Blair, Diane Blair, Eddie Blair and Gilbert Blair; her grandmother, Connie Herrera, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. The Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. on October 4th in the Green Hills Chapel followed by visitation from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
