Karen Okuno

Karen M. Okuno, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Glendale Adventist Medical Center after a short term illness. Born in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, she is preceded in death by her parents, Saburo and Mitsuko N. Okuno, and brother, Merle Okuno. Karen is survived by her siblings, Marvin Okuno, Ruby (Bill) Christiansen, Wesley Okuno, and Sherry (Rob) Thuresson; nephews Brandon Okuno, RJ Thuresson and Kevin Thuresson, and niece, Jordon Okuno, along with many relatives and close friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 11th at 10:00AM at the internment site in Green Hills Memorial Park. Dress is casual or Hawaiian-style.
