Julie Ann Hurd

Julie Ann Hurd passed away on January 4, 2014 at the age of 63. She graduated from San Pedro High School in 1968 and went on to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Art at California State University, Long Beach. Julie is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters, Kaitlyn and Jessica; parents, Gerry and Ninkie Headley and her brother, John Headley. Julie managed several art galleries in the South Bay area early in her career before the birth of her daughters. In her 63 years, it was rare for Julie to let a day pass without working on an art project. She enjoyed working in many different art medias and her art has provided great joy to family and friends for many years.
