Born October 30, 1940 in the Philippine Islands, the Carson resident passed away on July 31, 2011 at the age of 70. Julian is survived by his wife, Editha Asugui, son, Julius (Odessa) Asugui, grandsons, Jerome and Jason Asugui, granddaughter, Jaimee Asugui, brothers, Emilio and Jovencio Asugui, and sister, Meriquita Asugui.
