Julia Ann Radovcic

September 24, 1932 — October 21, 2023

Julia Ann Radovcic, aged 91, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2023 in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Born on September 24, 1932, in San Pedro to Paul and Katie Marinkovich. She was a proud graduate of San Pedro High School. Julia's heart led her to the love of her life, Marko Radovcic Jr., with whom she shared a lifetime of cherished memories. Their journey together took them to various homes, from Long Beach to Palm Desert and finally to Lake Arrowhead.

Julia wore many hats in her lifetime. Not only was she a devoted wife, but she also embraced the roles of caregiver for her adult disabled son and advocate for cerebral palsy, working tirelessly to raise funds and awareness for the cause.

A woman of diverse interests, Julia's passions ranged from golfing to crocheting. She had a green thumb, tending to her beautiful garden with care, and often found solace in a good book or exploring new things on her iPad. Eager for new experiences, Julia was always up for adventures with her family, making memories that will last forever.

The legacy of Julia's love and dedication lives on through her family. She was a pillar of strength and support to her daughters, Maria Hardin-Carter and Shirley Prochaska; her son, Mark Radovcic; her sister, Pauline Fiamingo; and her cherished grandchildren Meghan Hardin-Griffiths, Justin Hardin, Leslie Roberts, Shannon Boyd, and Shelly Prochaska. Her great-grandchildren, Tatum Griffiths, Conrad Griffiths, Riley Roberts, Carly Roberts, and Marko Boyd, were sources of immense joy for Julia.

Julia was predeceased by her loving husband, Marko Radovcic Jr and her sister Frances Bosnich. Her kind spirit, infectious laughter, and wise counsel will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

May Julia's soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory serve as a beacon of love, compassion, and resilience for all who had the privilege to know her.
