Juan Gualberto P. Llanes was born 04-10-1935 and passed away 02-15-16. He is survived by his 6 children, Landy Rodriguez, Juan B. Llanes, Gilda L. Martinez, Ana Isabel Cortez, Carlos Javier Pech, Luis Alberto Pech. His 21 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren.
He was born In Yucatan Mexico where he spoke only the Mayan dialect, met his wife of 66 years who taught him Spanish, and came to the United states at age 21 and learned English. He was one of the first Migrant workers in the "Bracero program" from his town of origin.
He legally immigrated his whole family In the early 1960's. He was a smart and hard working man, who left his legacy to his family, " Set and achieve your goal, work hard, never give up."
