Joyce C. Makisi

Joyce C. Makisi, the daughter of John and Mary Simpson, passed away on June 23, 2013 at the age of 58. She was born on April 24, 1955 in California and had been a resident of Buena Park. Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Mac; children, Valarie (Kellen), Ramsey, Kifi and Tyson; 12 grandchildren with one on the way and siblings, Jack Simpson, Jeree Ferguson, Melrhea Black, Jim Miner and Liz Eckstein. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bill French. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 5 - 9pm with a memorial service on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 11am, both at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
