Joyce Ann Champlin

Joyce Ann Champlin, the daughter of Edward and Louise Kallem, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2013 at the age of 80. She was born on June 6, 1933 in Iowa City, Iowa and had been a long time resident of Torrance, Ca. Joyce is survived by her beloved husband, William Champlin; son, Brian (Colleen) Champlin; grandchildren, Heather and David Champlin and siblings, Elsie Minor, Dorothy Cripps and Jean Lee. She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Champlin and siblings, Ernest Kallem, Vivian Jones, James Kallem, Robert Kallem, Rose Thompson, Kenneth Kallem, Floyd Kallem and Donald Kallem. A Church Service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 11am at Torrance First Baptist Church, 2118 W. Carson Street, Torrance, Ca. 90501 followed by a fellowship luncheon. Interment will be held at 2pm the same day at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca.
