Joseph P. Locklair

Joseph was born February 11, 1923 in South Carolina and passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in Carson, California. Joseph is survived by his three children, Susan (Jim) Jewell, Melissa Miller and Jeffrey (Teresa) Locklair; his brother, Harry (Betty) Locklair; eleven grandchildren and two great -grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, September 25th from 3:00 – 8:00 PM in the Green Hills Mortuary. The Memorial Service for Mr. Locklair will be held Friday, September 26th at 12:00 noon at the interment site in Green Hills Memorial Park.
