Joseph Bozulich

Joseph Bozulich passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at the age of 76 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. He was born in Rahway, New Jersey on October 4, 1946, and moved with his family to San Pedro CA at the age of 2 years. He worked in his father Joe’s, and then his brothers’, painting contracting business, worked for Sinclair Paints (ICI), Supreme Paints and Dunn Edwards Paint Companies as a salesman, until 1984 when he became a casual longshoreman, earning his union book in 2005. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmela (DiCola) of 40 years, brother Donald and wife Martha, sister Helen Matulich, and brother Anton Bozulich, along with several nieces and nephews. Service of Remembrance will be held at Green Hills Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 5 at 11:30 am, with interment to follow.
