Jose Antonio Alarcon

Jose Antonio (Tony) Alarcon, the son of Juan and Isabel Alarcon, passed away peacefully at his home in Torrance on June 16, 2014. He was born in San Elizario, Texas on June 13, 1931 and moved to California in 1952 where he established Johnson's Alignment, Inc. where he served the community for the last 50 years. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Ernestina Alarcon, children, Steven (Michele) Alarcon, Lorraine (Michael) Carver, John (Lori) Alarcon, grandchildren, Justin (Cindy) Jones, Jonathan (Michelle) Jones, Kristina Alarcon, Jason (Kate) Carver, Pamela (Gabe) Vigil, great grandchildren, Tony Olivia Jones (his name sake), Bradley and Mallory Carver, and his sisters, Transito Macias, Jean (Jerry) Blackburn, Eva (Frank) Crucian, and many nieces & nephews.

Rosary will be held on Sunday, June 22nd at 7pm at Green Hills Memorial Chapel with visitation starting at 5pm, and Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, June 23rd at 10:00am at St. Margaret Mary Church.
