On the evening of January 23rd, 2016, Joe Ramirez passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born on June 30th, 1932, to Ramon and Anastacia Ramirez in Fiero, New Mexico, and resided in Torrance, California, from 1959.
