Jocelyn O. Graham, the daughter of Edward Ortion and Elinor Moses, passed away on November 14, 2012 at the age of 77. She was born on March 7, 1935 in France and had been a long time resident of Harbor City, California. Visitation for Jocelyn will be held on Monday, November 19, 2012 from 9am - 12pm followed by a Chapel Service at 1:00pm at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
