Joan Reagan

Born to Al and Martha Kannasto on July 19, 1932 in Auburn, California, Joan moved to San Pedro in 1934 and attended Barton Hill Elementary School. In 1940 she moved to Lomita where she was a student at Lomita Elementary School and subsequently graduated from Narbonne High School in the Winter Class of 1950. Joan married her high school sweetheart, Bob Reagan, in the Summer of 1950.

Family was most important to Joan. She enjoyed hosting the family’s Christmas Eve celebration – a tradition at her home that dates back to the mid 1960s. She was also an avid reader and a wiz at numbers.

Joan is survived by her four children, Stephanie, Kathleen, Jeff, and John; two grandchildren, Samantha and Tom; her great grandson, Jackson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Per her request, no funeral services will be held. There will be a visitation at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes on Friday October 14th, 4:30pm - 7:30pm. We hope you will be able to join her family in person and sign her guestbook as that was her wish. For those who are unable to attend, we ask that you sign her online guestbook.
