Joan Baldwin

Joan Baldwin was born in Michigan on May 9, 1932 and entered into rest on May 11, 2012. Joan was a graduate of Torrance High School and the proud owner of Foster's Freeze in Downtown Torrance for 37 years. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Chuck Baldwin; her siblings Bill, Ted, Tom and Sue; her daughters, Frieda West (Mike), Michelle Harned (John), Suzanne Sheline (Pat), and Heidi Allison (Don). She will also be greatly missed by her 51 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Helen McWaid and her sister, Marcia Powers. Services will be held at Green Hills Cemetery on Friday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m.
