Jo Ann Tomich

Jo Ann Tomich passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 83. She was born on March 12, 1942 in San Pedro, California. Jo Ann attended Leland Street Elementary, Dana Junior High, and San Pedro High School.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Anthony Tomich, son, Anthony, and daughter, Andrea. Jo Ann and Anthony were blessed with a beautiful and loving marriage for 65 years.

Since the age of 5 she was an accomplished Accordion Musician. She performed with Myron Floren and Lawrence Welk. As a longtime resident of Orange County, Jo Ann loved gardening, interior decorating, shopping at South Coast Plaza, attending Concerts, Hawaii Vacations, and Gambling Video Poker in Las Vegas and local casinos.

Jo Ann passed away from dementia peacefully at her home with her family at her bedside. She was in care of Newport Hospice and her husband. A special thank you to her RN Katrina Tran.

Visitation will be on April 3, 2025 from 4-8pm at The Mortuary at Green Hills, 27501 S. Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. Her gravesite service will be held on April 4, 2025 at 9am at Inspiration Slope Mausoleum at Green Hills Memorial Park.
