Jimmy Lee Elrod

Jimmy Lee Elrod of Torrance, California, passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 74. He was born in Malvern, Arkansas, moved to Muncie, Indiana at the age of 9, and joined the Air Force after graduating from high school. He moved to California during his enlistment where he remained for the rest of his life. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Elrod, their daughter Michelle & son-in-law Jeremy Shortell, son Tim Elrod & Terry Gallegos, son Daniel & daughter-in-law Ashley Elrod, "adopted" son Wesley Vaughn, and their grandchildren: Sammy, Jackson, and Chloe Elrod, and Quinn Shortell. Siblings Mick (Margie) and Vicki (Troy), and many nieces and nephews.
