Jim Noboru Kanetomo

Jim Noboru Kanetomo, the son of Yakichi and Mura Kanetoma, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2013 at the age of 89. He was born on July 4, 1924 in Rocky Ford, Colorado and had been a resident of Long Beach for 65 years. Jim is survived by his loving children, Joanne (Donald) Reiser, Susan Kanetomo, Nancy (Thomas) Arndt, Ronnie (Angela) Kanetomo and Donna (Anthony) Ross; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and siblings, Fumiye Yasunaga and Kiyoko Kimura. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 3 - 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary- Villetta Room followed by a chapel service on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 9am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
