Janice Olson

Janice Olson, 79, of Massachusetts/California, passed away on 12/24/21 after her long battle with an illness.

Janice was born in March in Massachusetts. After Janice graduated from high school she went on to study English in college, including obtaining a master’s degree.

After graduating with her degree, she taught high school English for many years and then was the Dean of Girls prior to her retirement.

She was very athletic, including playing soccer and even body building at one point.

During retirement, she spent her time traveling and playing golf & tennis, as well as collecting Native American art and pampering her dogs.

Janice was predeceased by her parents, her brother Charlie and her husband Frank. She is survived by her sister, her son Robert, her daughter Jennifer and her grandchildren.

Janice will be placed in her final resting spot at Green Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to City of Hope in her memory.
