Janet A. Sharman

Janet, the daughter of Paul and Mary Ellen Hann was born December 31, 1938 in Santa Monica, California and passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California with her husband by her side. She battled breast cancer for over seven years.
Janet is survived by Doug, the love of her life and husband of 52 years; her four devoted children, Scott (Kathy) Sharman, Brett (Connie) Sharman, Kevin (Yoko) Sharman and Kelly Ann Sharman; four beautiful grandchildren, Paul, Sarah, Shota and Genkai, relatives and many friends.
Janet enjoyed her life in California and her home on Keuka Lake in upstate New York. Janet also loved traveling with her husband, needlepoint, crossword puzzles, and was an avid gardener.
The Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, November 13th at 1:00 p.m. in the Green Hills Memorial Chapel. The interment will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in Janet's name to the American Cancer Society.
