Jacqueline Carrolle Martin passed away at home on November 12, 2015 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband Stephen, daughter Stephanie and son Patrick; her parents Victoria & John Carrolle; her sister Danielle (Nat)Lauro; nieces Catherine, Jessica and Francesca Lauro and her Uncle Steve Zankich. Her mother-in-law JoAnne Martin; sisters-in-law Toni (Robin) Holthaus and Kristina (Mariano) Crivello. Niece Rosaria Crivello and nephews Joseph Francis, Samuel Holthaus & Vincenzo Crivello.
Jackie was born on June 5, 1964, and raised in San Pedro. She attended Holy Trinity parish school, Mary Star of the Sea High School, Cal State University Dominguez Hills and graduated from USC. She moved to Altadena shortly after her marriage. She enjoyed playing and coaching youth volleyball. She had a long and successful career in healthcare administration. She was a proud breast cancer survivor which preceded her most recent array of auto-immune diseases.
Visitation/rosary will be held at Green Hills Chapel on Sunday, November 22nd from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 23rd at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 am with a private burial to follow at Green Hills Memorial Park.
