Jacque L. Johnson

83 years, peacefully left us on May 9, 2011 to join his place in Heaven. He was born November 5, 1927 in Poteau, OK to parents, Tarvin and Vena Johnson. Jacque was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. Jacque was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Ron and Don (twins), and Robert. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lucille Johnson; two children, daughter, Robbin Johnson-Borts and son, Jacque T. (Sue) Johnson; four grandsons, one granddaughter, and four great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jacque was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force in 1947, Riverside, CA. He worked at JPL, Hughes, and TRW on many space projects. He enjoyed playing golf, and began taking Chinese brush painting and participating in Ju-Kuan and AACBP. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM in Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes.
