Jack Poulsen

John "Jack" Poulsen passed away on December 31, 2012 at the age of 70. He was born on May 14, 1942 in Los Angeles, Ca. and had been a long time resident of Lomita. Jack is survived by his beloved wife, Maggie Poulsen; sons, Salvador and George Ortiz; grandchildren, Salvador, John, Anthony Ortiz; great-grandchildren, Serena, Jabez, Ozzy, Hope and Ava Ortiz. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel followed by an interment site service in Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca.
