Isabel Lainez Chavez, 94, peacefully passed away on March 14, 2016 in Torrance, CA.
Born in El Salvador, she was the daughter of Jose and Guadalupe Cruz. She proudly worked as an elementary school teacher for approximately 30 years.
She is survived by her five loving children: Vilma, Manuel, Marina, Delmy, Ernesto and Sara; 14 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 19th from 3-8pm in the Villetta Suite at Green Hills Mortuary. The funeral ceremony will be held the following day, on Sunday, March 20th at 11:00am in Green Hills Memorial Chapel with the burial to follow in Green Hills Memorial-Park.
