Irene Ortiz

Irene Ortiz, a long-time resident of San Pedro, passed away on January 11, 2013. She graduated from San Pedro High School in 1972 and began her long career in the healthcare industry as a candy striper. Irene was preceded in death by her father Ray U. Ortiz, Sr., and is survived by her mother Elodia R. Ortiz, sister Ledia Lopez, brother Ray (Linda) Ortiz, Jr., twin sister Eileen (Bill) Hallet, and many nieces and nephews. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Hills Chapel and followed immediately by graveside service at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
