Hyatt E. Moore

Hyatt Elsworth Moore, known to most of his friends as "Hy," died peacefully in his Palos Verdes home, March 15, 2014. He was 97. He was preceded in death by Betty, his wife of 74 years. A man of multiple interests, his degree was in Electronics Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He worked in that field most of his life, adding to it a tax business which he kept until late in life. Besides his family, one of the greatest joys of his life was building his own home in the mountains above Paradise, California. Hyatt is survived by his five children, 18 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21st at the interment site at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
