Herminia S. Chua

Herminia "Hermie" S. Chua, the daughter of Ricardo and Asuncion Santos, passed away on September 25, 2014 at the age of 60.
She was born in the Philippines on January 7, 1954 and was a resident of Torrance, California for 12 years.
Herminia graduated with a B.S. Degree in Nursing from De Ocampo College in the Philippines with honors in May of 1976 (Magna Cum Laude).
She worked as an RN/CCRN at Torrance Memorial Medical Center for almost 27 years as the night shift lead nurse in the Intensive Care Unit 2.
She is survived by her husband Eduardo "Ed" L. Chua, daughters Rochelle Anne S. Chua and Kristina Rose S. Chua, siblings Renato Santos, Julieta Roman, Teresita Pureza and their dog "Ace".
Visitation will be held October 1st and 2nd, 2014 at Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 5 pm to 9 pm with a Rosary vigil service starting at 7 pm each night.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Green Hills Memorial Chapel at 11 am.
