Helen Ruth Rascoe

Helen Ruth Rascoe, the daughter of William and Clara Stoddard, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2012 at the age of 84. She was born on August 27, 1927 in Cowanshannock, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of Murrieta, California. Helen is survived by her children, Nancy (Darrell) Ortiz, JOanne (Dave) Cliretien, Edith (Alvin) Serpa and Eric Rascoe.
