Helen M. Panaccione passed away on February 16, 2017 at the age of 93. She was born on April 16, 1923 and was a resident of Bakersfield, California. She is preceded in death by her son, David Sibert and is survived by her children, Jim Sibert, Carol (Bob) Martin, Steven Sibert, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
