January 29, 1979 - January 19, 2015

Heather Ann Readman-Green passed away peacefully in her home on January 19, 2015. She was a devoted and loving wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a niece, a friend, and will truly be missed. Heather is survived by her Husband Donte Green, Son Jackson Green, Mother Andrea Adkins-Chagdes, Step-Father Johnny Chagdes, Brother Ryan Readman, Grandmother June Adkins, Aunts Deborah Adkins and Diane Gleason, Uncle Andrew Adkins, a multitude of friends, and her dog Lulu. In addition to the aforementioned, the spirit of Heather lives on in Heaven as well as in the hearts of every person that had the privilege of appreciating her independent, fun, free-spirited and bold attitude, along with the love that she displayed on a daily basis.
