Grace M. Kleinjan

Born in Winnipeg, Canada, Grace moved as a young girl to Chicago, Illinois where she met and married her husband Hubert Kleinjan. Hubert was a telephone lineman and one freezing day just after World War 11 came down from working the lines and went into the office and asked to be transferred to a warmer climate. His manager said there was an opening in California in a small town called San Pedro. Although they had a hard time finding it on the map they packed up and moved to San Pedro to raise their family. Here Grace lived for over 60 years and raised their children and helped with the family electrical contracting business called K-Electric. She was preceded in death by her husband Hubert and is survived by her daughters Joyce and Sandra (Arne) and sons Wayne and Steven (Florence) her grandchildren Tina (Curt) Stephanie (Sol) and Christie and her great grandchildren Lola, Samuel, Blake and Boden. A private family service is to be held.
