He is survived by his grandfather, Alfred Baltazar, father, Gilbert Perez, mother, Lisa Perez, Aunt Gloria (Tony) Barragan, Aunt Yvonne (Joe) Salas, Aunt Cathy Baltazar, Uncle Stephen Baltazar, aunt, Annie Baltazar, uncles, Alfred (Linda) and Ruben (Olivia) Perez, sister, Michelle Newman and special friend, James Earl. Visitation will be held 5pm - 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary on Monday, July 18, 2016 and a graveside service will be held at 10am on Thursday, July 21st at Green Hills Memorial Park.
