George Thomson

George Thomson, the son of Kathleen Cowie and George Thomson, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2016 at the age of 91. He was born July 19, 1924 in the United Kingdom and was a resident of Cerritos, California.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife Doreen, George is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer (Dan) Smith; grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Sabrina Smith and Kendra Sanders. Several nieces and nephews also survive him both in the U.S. and Scotland: Kathleen (Dave) Moir, James (Kay) Murray and David Murray along with Joe (Jill) Buchan, Russ Buchan, Sandra (Michael) Huddleston and Michael (Lenna) McDonald.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 10am in Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes.
