George A. Anderson

George A. Anderson passed away on September 4, 2016 at the Masonic Home in Union City, CA at the age of 91years. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sue, of 66 years. He is survived by his daughter Linda Anderson Gorham and by his grandson Daniel Anderson Gorham, both of San Francisco. He was a 47 year resident of Torrance. He was a retired flight engineer with American Airlines after 43 years of service. He is a long time member of Riviera United Methodist Church in Redondo Beach. He is a long time Mason and is a life member of several Masonic organizations, including being a Past Master of Redondo Lodge 328, the Long Beach Scottish Rite, Al Malaikah Shrine and the Order of the Eastern Star. A funeral service will be held 9am on Saturday, September 17, at the Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 27501 South Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes. Private entombment will follow in Green Hills Memorial Park.
