Genetsu Motoki

Our Father, Genetsu Motoki, passed away in the early morning of November 26th, 2023 at the age of 68. Born to Fukuko and Kazumi Motoki in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture Japan, Genetsu moved to Mexico after his time at Nihon University and spent his life in the United States where he raised four children, Yohsuke, Ryotaro, Noriko, and Kojiro who loved him and his cooking dearly. Married to his wife of 29 years, Yuko, Genetsu will be missed, and his life carried on by his family. We would like for all those who can, to attend his viewing service on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at Green Hills Mortuary in Rancho Palos Verdes, California at 9:00 am (pst). His Funeral Service will be held on the same day at Green Hills Memorial Chapel at 2:00 pm (pst). For those in the East Coast of the US, a memorial service will be held in New Jersey on Sunday, January 14th, 2024, to which details will follow.
