In Loving Memory of Gen Sekiguchi
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Gen Sekiguchi, a devoted husband, incredible father, and cherished member of our community, at the age of 62.
On the evening of December 5, Gen suddenly experienced severe back pain. Despite immediate emergency care and the tireless efforts of responders, he passed away, leaving his family and friends in shock and deep grief.
Gen was the cornerstone of his family and a source of strength, love, and unwavering support. He found joy in spending time with his boys—whether it was playing basketball and soccer, engaging in chess and card games, studying together, or simply talking for hours. His presence was a gift, and his love and guidance will forever be remembered.
A memorial service to celebrate Gen’s life and legacy will be held on Saturday, December 28th, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Green Hills. All who knew and loved him are welcome to join as we honor his memory and surround his family with love and support.
