Gee Guffie Jones, Sr.

Gee Guffie Jones Sr., the son of Andrew and Parthenia Jones, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2012 at the age of 106. He was born on July 8, 1905 in Booneville, Mississippi and had been a longtime resident of Carson, California. Gee is survived by his beloved children, Dorothy Mathews, Helen Corbitt, Gee Guffie Jones Jr., Andrew Jones and Sundra George; grandchildren, Timothy Mathews, Yolanda Turman, Sharon D'Antignac, Diane Young, Andre Jones, Ava Corbitt-Woods and Rhonda Jones-Barnes. He is also predeceased by his brothers, William Jones, John Jones and Andrew Jones.
