He was born on December 9, 1927 in Lanai, HI and was a longtime resident of Gardena.
He was the original owner of Frank's Carburetors until 1982 and was able to spend many enjoyable years fishing and golfing in his retirement.
Frank is survived by his wife, Ellen; daughters, Fay Hara (Robin), Joy Higbee, Debbie Funada (Brett Shuler); grandchildren, Chris Higbee, Jill and Allison Hara; and many loving siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 11am on Saturday, February 11th at Green Hills Mortuary Chapel.
