Frank Cranmer was born in Colorado in 1930 and he passed May 2nd, 2017 in San Pedro CA. Born to Frank and Velma Cranmer, he is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Joan Cranmer and daughter Laura Hanki (Curtis), and sons David (Kristie) and Robert Cranmer (Vicky). Frank met Joan while stationed in Bermuda with the United States Air Force in 1951 and they were married in 1952 in Bermuda. They moved to California and settled in San Pedro in 1954. He is also survived by loving grandchildren Erin Hanki, Melanie Hanki, Christopher Raday, Jennifer Smith, Kayla Cranmer, Ana Prado, Richard Cranmer, Ashley Cranmer and numerous great grandchildren. Frank had a long distinguished career at Northrop Grumman working there for 35 years as a Production Manager. Frank loved the outdoors, coaching his sons Little League teams and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He volunteered with the California Department of Fish and Game as a certified Hunter Safety Instructor teaching hunter safety for many years to adults and children throughout the South Bay. Services will be held on March 12, 2017 at Green Hills Mortuary and Historic Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 at 10: AM.
