Floyd R. "Bud" Williams

Floyd R. Williams (Bud) passed away October 16, 2013. Bud is survived by Marie his wife of 62 years, 3 daughters: Sharon (Michael) Roberts, Jerri (Henry) Leap and Sandra (Carl) Zimmerman; 8 grandchildren: Ethan (Lianna), Elisabeth, Sarah, Rebecca, David, Zachary, Lillian and Nathaniel; 4 great-grandchildren: Lindon, Alyse, Eli and Joseph; 2 brothers Don (Marlana) and Gary (Darlene), sister Pat Dixon, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by sisters Betty Newland and Dolores Jean. Bud was born in Oklahoma to Floyd and Lillian Williams (deceased) raised in Washington and settled in California after serving in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked for and retired from Pan American Airlines and the FAA. He was an avid golfer with a passion for the outdoors whether camping, fishing or rolling down the back roads RV'ing. He was a prolific gardener who will be remembered for his gardens with the fruit and vegetables growing among his beautiful roses. Bud's passing will be felt by his family and friends both here and abroad. We love and miss you. "Day by day the Lord observes the good deeds done by godly men, and gives them eternal rewards."
