Felipe Galagar also known as “Phil” or “Betal” was born on August 23, 1933 in Waimanalo, Hawaii. He is preceded in death by his wife, Susan Galagar; his sisters Virginia, Helen and Maria. He is survived by his oldest sister Conchita and a younger sister Bertha both currently residing in Hawaii. He is also survived by three daughters, seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Melonie Galagar from Sonora, Ca and her two sons Cole and Makoa. Jalene Harrison from Long Beach, Ca and her son Reid “Hoku” Harrison, his wife Megan and their two young daughters Nova and Navy.
