Ethel (Lou) Higby

Ethel (Lou) Higby, the daughter of Arthur and Beulah Monroe, passed away on May 22, 2012 at the age of 94. She was born on December 28, 1917 in Cooperton, Oklahoma and had been a resident of Huntington Beach, California. Ethel (Lou) is survived by his beloved children, Richard L. Goble and James (Joyce) Higby; grandchildren, Eugene A. (Coral) Higby, Andrew J. (Misty) Higby; sister, Ester Cowell and nephew Randy Cowell.
