Emilio was born on April 29, 1954 to Clarence and Ened Phillips. God called him to eternal home on August 25, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife Doris, son Dexter, daughter-in-law Nadia, grand-daughter Aliya Jade, mother Ened Phillips, brothers, Rolando Bascumbe, George Allen and Reinaldo Allen, and cousin Silvester Wallace.
He was a MBA alumnus of California State University, Dominguez Hills. Emilio was a retired Senior Product Manager at Union Bank of California and the Treasurer of the Panamanian Marching Band of California. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ALS Foundation www.als.org .
