Eleanor Millado Tangonan

Eleanor Millado Tangonan was born in Gerona, Tarlac, Philippines and was the eldest of six siblings born to Capt. Isidro and Maria Millado. She was married to Dr. Leo Tangonan for 20 years, before his passing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Cal-State University, Los Angeles and received numerous credentials and certificates in Health Care Services. Having held supervisory and administrative positions, she retired from the Health Care industry after 40 years.
