Elaine Marie Mcconnachie

In loving memory, Elaine Marie McConnachie, passed away to heaven on January 11, 2019 in San Pedro, California after battling cancer for three years. Elaine was born in San Pedro, California on July 15, 1939 to Harmon and Emilia Ambler. Devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother she is survived by her husband, Jack McConnachie, and eight children: Tony, Lenore, Nick, George, Jack Jr., Jim, Janie and Jerry their spouses and ten grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Andy and her sister Arlene, and preceded in death by her brother Richard.

After working for the US Post Office for 20 years, Elaine retired. She loved the ocean, swimming and the outdoors. One of her favorite things was taking road trips with her husband. She lived a long and happy life.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 South Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 12:30 pm in a suite for her service and at graveside at 2:00 pm.
