Edward Mitsuo Ogasawara

Edward “Ed” Mitsuo Ogasawara, 84, passed away on October 31st, 2017 in Gardena, CA. Born in Hawaii, he was the son of Isamu and Yokiko Ogasawara. He worked in the aerospace industry as a machinist for 30 years, and also served honorably for the U.S. Army as a machinist, earning several medals. He is survived his loving wife Yasu, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Isamu and Yokiko Ogasawara; and his brothers, Walter and Sadao Ogasawara. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 in Green Hills Mortuary’s Cove Suite in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. A visitation will take place on the same day from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, with the memorial service delivered from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
